Overall, the customer service is lacking severely.

If the car is being stolen, the remote can kill the engine if it is not in gear. Unfortunately, The Avital 3300 does not have a silence feature for the remote, so when the car alarm sounds the remote will beep loudly until the alarm is rearmed.
