Thats a cool design. It would be nice if the underwater portion could lift out of the water to reduce drag for travel.

How has no one thought about the drag, the fact that you can’t see whats going on on the surface so might run over some swimmers or hit another boat or that as the submerged bit is fixed, you can only launch it at sea and not from a slip way!? Terrible design!
